Question
if I wear ankle weights at work will that help tone up my legs?

Answer
Tonda,

I hate to break it to you, but just by wearing ankle weights, will you body/legs tone up.  Yes, it does make your legs work a little more when walking, but for the most part, momentum and how our body moves does most of the work.  If you are interested in toning up your legs, watch what you eat(burn more calories than you consume) and strength train your whole body.  Just doing 1 set of 12-20 reps of total body movements are more than enough to start toning your body.  If you have other questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jeremiah
