Experience I have been a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida. I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting. The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question i don't know if i should be asking this question here
can you give me any tips on how to get taller ?
i already play basketball almost everyday.
Answer Hi Armondo,
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, there are no tips that I can give you on how to get taller.
Most people are at their full height at 18 or 19 years old.If your parents or grandparents are tall, you might get to be as tall as they are.
Thank You,
Bonnie
