Subject: weight training
Question hi,
a while ago my dad purchased a multigym for my garage, only recently i have started using it but i do not really have a set weight training regime set up for me, and i have not noticed any results such as muscle mass increase or strength. I am 16 years old and would like you to give me a suitable weight training regime including the use of dumb bells, i would also like you to tell me what sort of weight i should be liftinfg for each exercise,
your response would be very much appreciated, thank you
alex
Answer Hi Alex. I do not write up strength or conditioning programs on this site because there is a lot I need to know about that individual instead of just writing some cookie cutter type of program. Plus how can I tell you what weight you should be lifting when I know nothing about your training history?
Your best bet is to find an experienced and well qualified strength coach or personal trainer in your area. Good luck.
