Experience I have been a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida. I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting. The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question Hi!
After havin my baby, I lost 30lbs., back to pre-pregnancy weight Then somehow I regained 10lbs. after 4 months. I've been doing excercise such as cardio and strength training, walking. I've seen my tummy coming down, I can fit my pre-pregnancy clothes now. However, when I step on the scale, I notice I haven't lost any pound. Why? I can feel my body lighter and my clothes are getting loose. How come the weight does not come down?
Thanks!
Answer Hi Kim,
You are probably gaining muscle and losing fat.
Muscle takes up less room than fat and is heavier.
My suggestion is that you have your bodyfat taken every 6-8 weeks.
You will know that you are losing fat when your bodyfat is going down.
Thank You,
bonnie
