Question Hi Tim!
I have a question for you... I noticed that my physique isn't symetrical..it's like a disease.. It seems that my bones aren't symmetrical.. Should i go to doctor? I'm training hard... but it seems i'm loosing hope cause of that... it's getting very ugly! Should i post you some pictures?
Thank you! Alan
Answer Hi Alan...
Pictures would help me. What is becoming asymmetrical? Is it muscular, bones, etc? Most asymmetries come from unbalance training. We can take a look at what you are doing in your training as well.
Training hard is good, training smart is better.
