Hi joe, I'm 23 my weight is 60kg,and i'm working now what i'm taking is daily is regular foods, cold u tel me how to gain a weight in two months, i don't have enough time to go gym at all... and i've planned to make a mini gym in my home itself if u give anything about this. plz help me out of this.

Answer
You just need to take in more calories than you expend. If you are not doing strength training you will only gain body fat. If you are not getting enough calories from your daily meals then you should try a high protein and high carbohydrate supplement like "Muscle Milk" as an example. There are many to chhoose from.
