Question
i am 15yrs old 5'9 and 125lbs i was wondering what could i good diet for me to gain weight

Answer
Go to www.freedieting.com  .  Enter your information and figure out how many calories you need to maintain weight then add about 500 calories to that number.  So let's say you calculated your maintenance calories at 2,000 calories, then you would add 500 calories and get 2,500 calories.

You then would go to www.scribd.com and enter 2,500 calorie meal plan on the top right corner but I believe it only goes to 2,000 so what you could do is look for a 1300 calorie meal plan and double everything.

Make sure you are doing an effective weight training workout.  Go to my page

www.youtube.com/user/fitnessexpert

and look for "6 week Hardgainer workout" or something like that.

Hope that helps.
