Strength Training - I need advice

Expert: John Izzo, NASM-CPT, PES - 2/20/2009

Question
i need a workout tht works my pecs to get them hard there kinda man boobs right now

Answer
Your pecs are soft because there is fat around them. Begin a jogging/walking program first. Try to get outside or on a treadmill 5x a week and complete 30 minutes. Also, watch what you eat. Stay away from soda, junk food, and processed foods. Get outside and play!
Then, start with some basic push-ups. You should see a difference in 3 months.
