Experience
I have been a personal trainer, aerobics instructor, nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting. The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question
Bonnie,

Hi! I have a personal trainer that I work out with for half and hour 2 days a week.  Tuesday's is legs and Thursday is arms.  When she is training me on legs, she pushes me really hard, I mean last week she made me cry while training me it hurt so bad. I sometimes have a hard time walking for days after wards.  Do you think my trainer is pusing to hard or making me lift to much to soon?? I am not expert but making someone cry is taking it a little to far.

Answer
Hi Erika,
I suggest that you talk to your trainer and let her know that you think that she is pushing you too hard. You should let her know that you cannot walk very well for a few days after training and that that the pain is making you cry.
Thank you,
Bonnie
