Strength Training/exercise

Question
Hello,

I will be back to the gym pretty soon. However I won't be working
out as usual, given my limited time, but I can definitely afford
2 days per week.

Because of this, I will have to change my workout program to a few exercises. What sort of program would you recommend for a person
in my situation ( so 2 days per week only ).

Thank you

Answer
Hey Jake, I would recommend a whole body workout of about 10-12 exercises, 2-3 sets, with 2 mins rest between sets. I would do bench or incline press, lat pull or bent rows, shoulder shrugs, dips, some type curling movement, some type tricep isolation exercise, squat or leg press, leg curls, low back hyperextensions, calf raises or similar exercise, core work. Best to get a personal trainer to start you out and always check with your Doc before any exercise program.
