Strength Training/No weightloss

I'm sorry, you probably hear this one fairly often but I just do not understand. I have been watching what I eat, using an app to keep me in line with calories, protein, carbs and fat for months now. Eating 1400 calories/ day. Working with a personal trainer and she has changed my ratio of pro, carbs and fat twice now because I have NO weight loss and No inch loss. I  do strength training 3x week and cardio 6 days a week. I am soooo discouraged. What gives? Can dairy be the culprit. My trainer says she has problems with dairy (bloating) so she wants me to cut out dairy. Help!!!!!!

Hey Jess, many factors come into play when it comes to weight, age, routine, diet, etc..That being said I generally find that people take in more calories than they realize. I would have to have a lot more info before I could make any suggestions....age, sex, weight, routine, diet..etc...let me know
