Strength Training/abs

My diet is good low body fat, I do have the outline of a six pack. How often and how much should i be training my abs. with other muscle groups I can gauge when to stop, but I feel I can do abs all day. how do I know if I'm doing enough or to much?

I would train your abs like every other muscle group - 2 or 3 times a week.  They need rest just like any other muscle.  Make sure your diet stays good so that the abs can show.  That is the key for them to looking good.  Doesn't help if you let your diet go and it forms a good layer of fat in that belly area.

I have a nice report that discusses what you would need to do to be successful with your speed program. I also have highlighted over 100 athletes and coaches that have worked with me and the success they have had with my speed program. Some of them, we have documented the exact improvements in their running times to illustrate what an awesome program this is. It is called The Secrets to Their Success and you can check it out at for more information.
