Experience I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida. I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question I am an just retired College Teacher. Age 60. Good health, but have NEVER done any regular exercise program except when in the Army 40 years ago. Really. 6ft 3in tall, about 240, most of the extra weight in the middle.
My Doctor says Go Get Into a Regular Exercise Program Now, Nothing wrong but Extra Weight.
Strangely, I have always "admired" guys that have BIG muscles. I figure I CAN do it, I'm a Big Guy, have large, long muscles being 6ft 3in, but undeveloped. Age will be a factor. But with hard work, a good diet, and NOW that I have time, I am sure that I build those muscles. What would be the most "time-effective methods" you would suggest to get this going the FASTEST. I don't want to spin my wheels, so to speak.

Check out newsletter #50-Compound Exercise Overload-I have used this program with some of my clients and have gotten awesome results.
Check out Nicks website and sign up for his newsletter-you will get a lot of great exercises to do along with nutritional information.
While you are there-check out newsletter #53-i am in that one-I won a contest for the toughest workout.
