Question
Hi. I need to get my fingers stronger for basketball. And i was wondering if hand grips help with that. And if not do you know any exercises that would help with that???

Answer
Hey Eddie, hand grips are good, pushups on your fingers, wrist rollers, wrist curls, putting your hands in a bucket of sand and squeezing the sand through your fingers (an exercise old time baseball players used)...anything where you are using your grip and your forearms will be good...Joe
