Question
Hello Lisa,
I'm 13 years old, and I just got weights from my uncle. There are 6 of them, 2 are 2.5 lbs, 2 are 5 lbs, and the other 2 are 10 lbs. How should I start out, and how many reps, and when should I go for the heavier weights? Also could you give me like a schedule on days when I should work out, and when I should break.
Thanks

Answer
Hi Caine-you should start out with the 2.5lb weights for bicep curls, shoulder presses, tricep kickbacks and chest presses.Start out with 2 sets of 10 reps, when that gets easy, move up to the next size weight.Work out 3 days a week for 6 weeks, then stop for 2 weeks, then start the cycle again. Thanks, lisa
