Question
Hi, I'm 19 and have been working out for 5 years of my life I'm getting stronger but not gaining much muscle mass i take an omega 3 fatty acid and Centrum performance vitamin in the morning and drink a protean shake with working out.  How can i put on more muscle mass and get bigger. What do i nee to do as in what i need to eat take or generally do? I am 6'1 170 lbs
Thanks for any help!

Answer
Hi Chris, thank you for your question.
The best thing for you to eat to gain muscle mass is protein:tuna, lean chicken,turkey,etc-you should eat one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight that you are.
The best workout to build mass is heavy weight with less reps-generally 6-8 reps with 2-3 sets.
                        Thanks,
                          bonnie
