Please do not ask for a specific workout plan. In this field, I need to SEE you and evaluate your current physical capabilities. Answering such questions without assessing your needs and goals through a consultation would be irresponsible of me. Please be clear and concise in your questions. The more info you can give me, the more specific info I can provide.

way back in old comics, there were advertisements for a method to use only your body weight to build and extremely well defined body. charles atlas i think was the guy whose program it was. does this actually work? how effective was it?.
i hurt my neck while reading alot during studying for exams. i have been told that i have trigger points. what is this? how does it develop? i was recommened either normal physio or dry needling? what works better.
another expert said that perhaps my front neck muscles have shortened while the back ones have lengthened? why would this cause pain, and how would i correct this? the knots are at the back of my neck on the left side of my neck.
when i move my neck backwards you hear like a grinding sound, its not bone, almost like the muscle is creaky like old wood or something what is this.
i think i didnt exercise my neck for a long time, thinking it needed rest but my mucles probably became weak and i now aggrevated the problem. how do you balance leaving my neck injurt alone with actually doing exercise to strenghten it without hurting it again?
thanks
Answer The other expert is right...
Remember tug of war? Okay...lets say the ribbon in the middle is your joint (any: knee, elbow, ankle, shoulder, hip) One muscle attaches on one side and an opposing muscle attaches on the other side.(Just like tug of war). If one side is stronger, it pulls the joint out of whack causing dysfunction in the form of discomfort, pain, or injury. Just like in tug of war, that ribbon needs to stay in the middle, so both sides (muscles) have to be equally strong.
Hope this helps. More info is available on my website: www.standAPARTfitness.com
