Experience
I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Thank You for your question.
Most gyms will have the following cardio machines in them:
1-Treadmill
2-Recumbent bike
3-upright bike
4.eliptical trainer
5-arc trainer
6-stair stepper
7-step mill

QUESTION: which cardio machine burns the least calories and the most calories?

Answer
Hi Maria,
     The recumbent bike burns the least amount of calories-generally around 200 cal per hour.
The Arc Trainer burns the most amount of calories-I have burned over 700 calories an hour on the Arc Trainer on several occasions.
