Strength Training - exercise

Expert: Rich Ruffing - 5/11/2007

Question
How do I make the push up more focused on different parts of the chest?
Will it help build up my chest?

Answer
Just like any other exercise, pushups can be done from a variety of angles such as: feet on the floor, feet up on a bench, handstand pushups, hands wide, hands close, etc.  I'd suggest switching up the angles and hand placements routinely in order to hit all parts of the chest.
