I do beileve that the person who asked this question is taking the ISSA home study exam!!  This is the question they ask.

I think the purpose of the ISSA exam is to come up with the workout plan by yourself.

I also took this exam...because of his age and I really had no knowledge of the sport of took me a good amount of time on this question...I had to google a bunch of info on the sport (which basically were the same questions as she asked)...I see no problem with Brittney asking questions...she didn't ask him to do it for her...she just asked him questions...i wish i had asked someone questions about it....would've cut my time in half....don't be so judgmental for someone asking questions.

Yes, when I googled to learn more and found this I knew it was for our ISSA exam to the letter.  However, somewhere in this mountain of studies, I remember seeing from ISSA that we may need to "research" more.  Well that is surely true because you cannot find an answer to these cases in the text book, big as it is.  To find fault with Brittney  is wrong.  We must keep on learning and obviously when seeking advice we are listening to experts of many years experience while we as yet have none.
