Question
Hi I’m 17 and a senior in high school I’m a pretty skinny kid (5ft10/145lbs) but I have a chubby stomach! And I desperately want ripped abs! I’ve been running up to 4miles a day and only taking in about 600 cals a day, but it doesn’t seem to be working? So PLEASE HELP ME! I want to kno what can I do to get those abs that I want and also pick up some muscle mass while still building my endurance and leg strength up for this upcoming baseball season? I would really appreciate your help

Thanks for your question. I suggest you start a weight-lifting program consisted of: push-ups, chin ups, squats, lunges, and arms. You will develop overall muscle mass that will help your abs shape. You can get some decent exercise info at www.standapartfitness.com
