Experience
I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida.
I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

what is the best way i can work out at home to lose 60 pounds by July?????? im 20 206 5'5 and female

Hi Tasha-thank you for your question.
Do you have any exercise equipment at home-dumbbells,a stability ball,a mat etc?
If you don't have any exercise equipment you can do bodyweight exercises.
Stationary lunges
walking lunges
squats
push-ups
pull-ups
crunches
torso twists
jumping jacks
jog in place.
Your diet is very important:
more carbohydrates:pasta,potatoes,rice,etc.
more protein:tuna,turkey,chicken,etc.
At least 8 -8oz glasses of water a day.
As little sodium,fat and soda as possible.
