Experience I have been a personal trainer,aerobics instructor,nutrition advisor and boot camp instructor for several years,in South Florida. I generally prefer to train people outdoors in a park setting.The workout outside is just as tough as a gym workout.I can give people a excellent workout using just their bodyweight.I do a bootcamp style class with groups of 5-10 people.

Question Hi, im 15 yrs old. about 5'1". I can't join a gym yet because of my age and i the
only free weights i have at my house are 5 lbs each. What work outs can i do at
my house to work all my muscles.

The best exercises that you can do at home are bodyweight exercises.
Squats
Walking lunges
stationary lunges
lateral steps
push-ups
pull-ups
crunches
leg lifts
torso twists
You can use your weights to do:
bicep curls
tricep kickbacks
chest press
shoulder press
Run in place
jumping jacks
stair running.
