Please do not ask for a specific workout plan. In this field, I need to SEE you and evaluate your current physical capabilities. Answering such questions without assessing your needs and goals through a consultation would be irresponsible of me. Please be clear and concise in your questions. The more info you can give me, the more specific info I can provide.

im 17, 67kgs, 175cm tall. for someone my size, do i need to eat extra and do weights, or do i eat normal, take protein after training and do weights? i dont want to put on fat, just muscle. After i gain muscle mass, i plan to try and lose the fat over the muscle, becasue at the moment i have a bit of fat on me, as you can see in the pics, but im still quite thin.
what do you think i should do?
also, what are good oblique excersises?
thanks!
Theo
Answer You are thin and you don't seem to have much fat on your body...I will guess you are between 8-11% BF. You don't have much mass, which can be achieved through a good strength training program. I recommend picking up a copy of "New Rules of Lifting" or "Power Training" at your local book store. They have excellent programs that are progressed carefully. As far as diet: eat a mix of carbs and protein before workout and protein after a workout with some fat. I suggest you consume roughly about 2000 cal. a day. You should be fine, just be patient and lift hard. As far as obliques...try woodchops (google them).
