hi i was wondering whats the best way to lose weight without getting loose skin? also if i workout with dumbells  will it get rid of my white stretch marks. im 20 years old

Answer
The best way to lose weigtht without having loose skin is to loose the weight slowly and thru a balance of nutrition and exercise. You should lose about 1-2 pounds a week and make sure you take in the corrrect amount of caloires for your bodyweight. More info can be found at standapartfitness.com or the internet.
