hi i was wondering whats the best way to lose weight without getting loose skin? also if i workout with dumbells  will it get rid of my white stretch marks.

Answer
Hi Tasha, loose skin will depends on many things such as age, initial size, body fat, etc.  Stretch marks will have to be evaluated by your Doc.  I suggest total body strength training 3 days a week and some type of aerobic training 5-6 days a week to get you to looking good and feeling better.
