Question
i play soccer. well i just wanna have some exercises that i can test my
stamina (i wanna have a professional one)

well i had exercises before like running and joging and sprinting
i can run 100 m in 10.95s my best rec
200 m in 22.23s my best rec
1500m in 4.58s my best rec

Hi

The best way to determine your stamina and to build it up is to perform interval training.

Interval training involves short periods of very high intensity separated by periods of rest or very low intensity exercise.  

For example, you may try multiple 100m sprints separated by 30 seconds of rest.  This will help you build an increased metabolic tolerance of lactic acid and allow you to perform at a higher capacity for longer.

Soccer is very similar to this type of training with high intensity bursts separated by lower intensity periods.

Interval training is definately your best bet!
