Question
Hi
I havent been tested by my Rx, but at 50 I have the symptoms of decreased testosterone.
Can you recommend a supplement?
There is a lot on the market so where to begin?
I have tried two estrogen reducers,DIM and Chrysin, which were no help at all.
Thanks.Hi

Answer
Hey Bud, There are some supplements on the market that propose to increase testosterone production but I am not familar with any research that supports these claims.  My advice is have your doctor test your blood testosterone levels and discuss prescription medications if your are in fact low.  I am also over 50 and once thought I was low but upon evaluation was found to be within normal levels.  Many things can make you feel like you may have low testerone levels but most often you are not.
