-hi my name is meka i am 20 and i weigh 202 pounds i want to get down to 145 and i was wondering if i lose that much will i have loose skin also what's a good workout to help prevent it. also i have a really big stomach can i ever get it flat or not?

Answer
Hi Meka, I really doubt that you will have much excess skin. I suggest strength training 3 days a week and aerobic exercise 5-6 days a week to get your body fat down and to get a nice flat stomach.  The key is consistency. Consult a personal trainer for specific workouts.
