Question
-hi my name is meka i am 20 and i weigh 202 pounds i want to get down to 145 and i was wondering if i lose that much will i have loose skin also what's a good workout to help prevent it. also i have a really big stomach can i ever get it flat or not?

Answer
Hi Meka.  With a large amount of weight loss, there is a chance that there will be loose skin.  And yes, 60 or so pounds is a lot to lose, but I do not think it is enough to cause this loose skin.
As far as your stomach, yes, you can get it flat.  It takes proper nutrition, a good workout program and hard work.
