Question hello...im a bodybuilder who has been training for about a year and a half...and my biceps are a weak point in my training..and i cant seem to bring them up. I need more work on the outside, inside, and more thickness and length. I have a little space at the bottom of my arm when i do a double arm pose, and i dont want that space there. Is there anyway i can get rid of the space and make my biceps bigger?
Answer Hi Jay. I'm a strength coach, not a bodybuilding expert, but I will tell you what I know. Each individual has different muscle insertion and origin points on their skeletal system. In other words, my biceps may attach at a lower point on the humerus than yours. You can not do anythung to change your muscles insertions or origins. No matter how much training you do, that space may still be there. I would suggest varying up your biceps routine from time to time so that you're working from different angles, using different grips and using different methods.
