Question hello brad,
do you think that stretching in a steam sauna is effective in the aid of cellulite reduction.
Answer Hi Shy
Thanks for your inquiry. It's a pleasure to help and I hope the following is beneficial.
As much as I would like to tell you that stretching will reduce cellulite, there's really no evidence to support that. Whether in a steam sauna or not.
Stretching will help to elongate your muscles and improve the definition of them, but it won't help to reduce cellulite.
Stick with good old fashion health and fitness principles: Healthy nutrition; plenty of fluids; and regular strength and cardio exercise. And of course; stretching.
I hope the above has been helpful. For more information on how to stretch properly and the best stretching exercises for you, visit www.TheStretchingInstitute.com
