Question I just recently started exercising. I have exercised before but never could keep it up. This time I have a friend on the Internet who promised she would 'keep after' me about exercising. I do better if I have to report to her what I am doing for exercise.
Well, anyway, I am too overweight and too embarrassed to give you the numbers. My question to you is this: How long will it take for my muscles to get used to the exercising and stop hurting? I can't even walk around the block without my legs, hip, and back hurting.
