Question
Hi,

I used to be really flexible as a kid. I am now 19 and a rather stiff person. Do you think if I keep stretching dilligently for the next year or so I can reach my flexibility peak? I know that as you get older, your flexibility starts to deteriorate, but does it deteriorate so much to the point that even a dilligent stretching session everyday cannot save or cancel out the aging disadvatanges? Has my flexibility peak already passed because of my age?
