Subject: Ripped???
Question Hey there,
I once lifted a heavy box...full of giant books...with my right hand and I felt as if something ripped off at my shoulder. It did not pain...instead it burned really bad from the inside. To me it seems like a ripped muscle. its been like this for almost two years. I have pain killers and massages. but no use....so do u have any suggestions?Mind you, it dosnt pain...it feels like an itchy burning feel from the inside.

Yes, it sounds like you've torn or strained some of the muscles, tendons or ligaments in the shoulder.
Being that it was almost 2 years ago, the treatment is a little different than if you'd just done it.
