Question
Hi, ever since I have found allexperts.com I have had so many questions ! so I don't work out, based on demon issues in the brain, (aka lazy etc, but I am a fairly fit guy as I live an aggresive lifestyle) walk fast, jog places, etc. but I don't hit the gym anymore. What type of stretching program would I need to continuosly increase me flexibility in all areas of my body?

Answer
Hi Camron

Thanks for your inquiry. It's a pleasure to help and I hope the following is beneficial.

PNF Stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving your flexibility quickly and permanently. You can find more detailed information about how to perform PNF stretches at the link below...

Also, try to do most of your flexibility training at the end of your work-outs as part of your cool-down (or after you walk fast, jog places, etc). This will help to improve your flexibility permanently.

If you need examples of different stretches to do, have a look at The Stretching Handbook...
