I'm trying to find out how I would find a certified stretching coach in my local area, New York City. I'm trying to add to my recovery form a back injury - herniated L5/S1 - and the adjunct problems that have arisen throughout my rehab. I realize that someone who can coach me through a course of stretching could greatly improve my condition, but I ma having difficulty finding the right person to do that. Any ideas or help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
