Stretching & Flexibility - How to find a (good) stretching coach

Expert: Brad Walker (The Stretch Coach) - 3/30/2009

Question
Hi,

I'm trying to find out how I would find a certified stretching coach in my local area, New York City.  I'm trying to add to my recovery form a back injury - herniated L5/S1 - and the adjunct problems that have arisen throughout my rehab.  I realize that someone who can coach me through a course of stretching could greatly improve my condition, but I ma having difficulty finding the right person to do that.  Any ideas or help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Stefanie
