Plus, I've had numerous articles published at About.com, Athletes.com and BodyBuilding.com.
Education/Credentials I'm a health science graduate of the University of New England, with post graduate accreditations in athletics, swimming and triathlon coaching. I've worked with elite level and world champion athletes and I lecture for Sports Medicine Australia on injury prevention.
Past/Present Clients I've worked as assistant coach to Miles Stewart (World Champion Triathlete) and Mick Doohan (World 500cc Motorcycle Champion). Plus I've worked with countless other athletes from sports as diverse as roller-skating, squash, and cycling.
I've been wanting to practice my stretching properly and get more flexible for some time now. I am athletic, play some sports for fun and rock climb regularly but I find it pretty hard to stretch on my own as it is not all that fun. Also, I am not always sure I am doing the right things for my goal. I figured that a few sessions with a professional coach might help those two issues.
I was wondering if you know of stretching/flexibility coaches in Toronto, ON, Canada who either run clinics or do one-on-one training.
Thanks,
Yoav
