Most likely you have lost a fuse if both refuse to work. Or you have a bad wiper relay. It is located on the passenger side of the car in the back undernieth the side panel which you will have to take off to get to the relay. You can test the motor with 12 volts to see if it is the motor.

hey i have a 1997 legacy my wipers work in the front but not the back, my washers dont work front or back, if i have a blown fuse what colour and number would be the fuse and which fuse would it b cause its written in japanesse
