If you're looking for just the audio, there are people at Skunk.com who would help you out if you post a question on the forum. If you want to get collectibles like that, G-Man is the guy to talk to. He has Sinsemillia for sale right now on eBay, ending in an hour or so. Still, he has a copy of all the ones you mentioned and if you pay a decent amount, he might part with them.
