Question
On the bums lie album, at the beginning of a lot of the tracks there are soundclips of an older man who swears alot. It's been driving me crazy because I can't find out what or where these clips are from. Is it from a movie or is it just some recording? I've been googling for while and I can't find anything! Thanks in advance for your time!

No problem... The man that you speak of is Raleigh Theodore Sakers. He was a guy that sublime picked up in Long Beach in the tweaker days and allowed him to stay with them because they thought he was hilarious. He was a total nut job & quite entertaining. He can be found most prominently on the "Robin The Hood" CD and if you look REAL hard, you can find the "Skunk Records" cassette release called "Raleigh Theodore Sakers" which is his complete rantings. But it was produced as a joke and there were only like 5 made. You probably have to look for a CD-R copy of it as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an OG of that cassette.
