AboutMatt Maguire Expertise I am new to allexperts, but have plenty of knowledge and experience in the realm of Sublime. Guarantee: you will receive an answer within 2 days of posting the question -- I have no feedback so far and would like to build some.
I can answer most questions about the band, the significance of the lyrics, the show dates,
the unreleased albums and tracks, misinformation, and, above all, I am an expert on their
influences and related music.
Experience I have been a huge fan for 14 years, I ran a server which distributed Sublime's live and unreleased music 24/7 for 4 years, I have answered questions about the band daily for years on their old website, and I know some of the largest collectors in the world. I created the 5 CD bootleg "Rewind Selector" which documents the influences of Sublime and was the topic of a Spin Magazine interview.
Education/Credentials I did not study music in college, but I majored in English, so I can write a clear response. I worked as a research assistant in the past, so I have skills in research if I need to figure out an answer.
Past/Present Clients Sublime fans aren't my clients, but I have distributed swag and rare tracks to all those who want them for years at no cost.

Technically, I should only be asked one question at a time, but I can give you some brief answers to these -- just please hit me with one at a time in the future.
I'm not sure what you're saying at the start. I supplied The Archive with A Day in the Sun which is audio from 2 concerts in Florida, back to back days. The audio should be complete, but I haven't listened to the Archive's version, so I can't tell you if something was lost at some point. It should be 2 separate days of music though for that disc.
Rewind Selector is meant to be informative and not meant to break any copyright laws. Quite the opposite -- it is intended to give you an interest in Sublime's influences with the hope to broaden your musical knowledge and taste. I cannot illegally provide a collection of the originals in their complete states, but the setlist gives you all the information you'd need (just about) to purchase them. For the rarer reggae tracks, check out Ernie B's reggae (www.ebreggae.com).
Third question is something I can't comment on. It's water under the bridge, long since resolved, and is not my business to tell stories from either side. I think this was finalized a year or two or more ago.
Feel free to ask whatever questions you have, one at a time, please.
