Question
what is the name of the crazy guy who talks of all the psych samantic bull
shit?

Answer
Raleigh Theodore Sakers (also known as Rollie Sakers; July 9, 1926 – July 25, 2000) was the angry old man that can be heard on Sublime's album Robbin' the Hood.

Kelly Vargas, a friend of the members of Sublime and a former drummer for the band, had a brother named Matt Vargas at a halfway house, where Rollie also resided. His parts of the album were recorded when he was in said halfway house and released as 'Raleigh's Soliloquys'.

More of Rollie's ranting can be heard on Unwritten Law's Elva release. There is also a Rollie bootleg titled Psychosemantic Blockage which includes over 30 minutes of his ranting about everything from fellatio to politics.

It is highly likely, given the disjoined and generally raging nature of his rants, that he suffered from some sort of advanced mental illness - probably undifferentiated or paranoid schizophrenia. Nonetheless, Sakers has a cult following and there is even now a line of clothing in his honor called Rollie Wear.

Mr. Sakers died in Inglewood, California in 2000.

Hope this helps...this is from wikipedia..if you go to that website..and go to the bottom it has the hotlink for his website..it's deddinitly worth checking out.,.,take care.,.,andy=}
