Experience Saw sublime play at the 1st warped tour on august 17th 1995 at the tweeter center(was the blockbuster pavillion then),saw Long Beach Dub Allstarts perform in 2002 at the electric factory in philly.I have been playing guitar for 8 years and have both published versions of sublime guitar tab,plus can play almost 90% of sublimes music to a tee.I also have connections in the tattooing industry,and knowlege about the bands tattoo's from various interviews,pics,live show tapes,and a segment from tattoo magazine featuring opie ortiz,who inked alot of the band.Have Also been following the LBC music scene since 1995

Question what king d of body was used on brads custom guitar
Answer It was a honduran mahagonay..nice kinda wood for sure.gave the guitar a nice deep resonat sound without being super heavy like a les paul or certain gretsch's would be.Dan Mcdonald(his tech and designer of this guitar)modeled it after a 1960's vox hurrican body.There was a floyd rose double locking trem,semouyr duncan jb in the brige(jeff beck model),a single coil,and another humbucker in the neck position he got out of an old broken dean guitar.
the wood,floyd rose,pickup really made this guitar sound nice through his triple rectifier.From what i know once he got this guitr he didn't want to play anything else..if he busted a string he'd get all bummed out that he'd have to switch to another guitar..cause he'd have to also readjust all his amp setting to mimic the custom's sound.
