Question I am needing help. My sugar glider of five years old whom I treat as my daughter is showing signs of being sick. I think it is so hard to tell. She is having difficulty walking and climbing around as if she were in pain. She hasn't been eating well and I don't know what to give her to make her feel better. I am in an area where the vets have no clue what I can do to help her do you have any suggestions please. She is the world to me
Answer She needs vet attention ASAP. I am sorry, but I am not a vet. A sick glider needs treatment right away. Sugar gliders are not like other animals. Many times by the time you see some sort of symptom, it is already too late or only hours. They can go very quickly, so please get her to a vet right away.
