Question
Chris my life is not the best I'm always getting yelled being told I will never amount to any thing. My mom works all the time and is rarely home my dad left when I was 8 and I don't get to see him much. My step dad touches in a sexual manner and has given me a black eye before he has a drug problem. my brother always beats me up and lately I am so worried about what I'm going to do to my self I don't sleep my grades are slipping I just can't take it any more. What should I do?

I know this is difficult and scary. You need to make sure you are safe and that means calling the police. Tell them just what you told me. They need to make sure you are protected from any more abuse. I am sorry such a heavy burden has been given to you. You deserve to be happy and safe from people who hurt you. If you live in the US, call 911 in you area or approach a teacher or counselor in school. Let me know how you are doing.
