About Monique
Expertise If you're feeling like hurting yourself in any way or having thoughts of committing suicide, send one here. I can understand and feel the pain that some people may not understand since I have gone through most of these scenarios. I have had thoughts of killing myself and I have cut myself. If you think nobody understands, I can. Ages are not necessary but they would help out. Remember, someone out there cares.
Experience I have been there before with feelings of depression and suicide and hurting myself a while back. I've gotten myself and many friends through it so will try my best to help you out.
Organizations I do some volunteer work such as participating in walks and volunteering at a local library. I also play an instrument in the school band.
Education/Credentials I am currently going into highschool in enrichment classes. (14 years of age)

it seems easy to take away this pain but i'm scared and i want to know wht i should do? i'm only 16 and i think my life is over.
Answer Hey there Shawnee,
As my mother once told me, thoughts are powerful. Whatever you think, people will start to believe. If your family loves you, they obviously want. Of course everyone has arguments with people. Your life isn't over because you have so many opportunities out there for you. If you're ashamed to tell your parents, then call a hotline and you can remain anonymous if you wish. Talk to them or to a guidance counselor. You should let your feelings out and talk to someone. You are wanted. If you don't want to cut yourself, that shows you still want to be here which is good. Again, there is so much you can do!
I hope I could help you out, even a little bit. If you have any other questions, let me know.
Shawnee, your family loves you and everybody argues with people. I don't get along with a lot of people so don't worry. Become positive and everything will work out.
Truly,
Monique.
