Question Hai Mario,
I want to restrict a few users within my host from accessing the CDRom drive. I am using Solaris 2.6 on Sun Sparc E 250.Please advice.

Answer Hello Mohan !
One way to do so is to give the users only the restricted shell. This is probably the best way. Otherwise you could change the group permission on the "/cdrom" dir, but this is for sure not recommended i think.
