Question
Hello,

I have some FORTRAN files (plain text format) that have been saved with a SUN station on a diskette. How can I convert them to WINDOWS system file. The diskette is not readable by WIN right now.

Thanks.

Answer
Hi,

Basically you cant, the diskette has probably been formatted with UFS which windows cant read. You need to take a PC-formatted diskette (which sun can read) and save them to that diskette instead. It might work with a linux station but im not 100% sure.
