Expert: John Storta, Jr.
Date: 7/19/2001
Subject: StarOffice 5.0

Question
I don't know much about computers, so please be elementary with explanations. Thank you!  I have the StarOffice spreadsheet, presentation, and word processor.  I would like to know how to use these to make cards, banners, etc.  Or do I need a whole new software for desktop publishing with graphics.  If so, what can I get/download that would be compatible with this?
Thank you for your time!  Have a nice night.

Answer
This is outside my area of expertise.  My area is the support of the Sun Solaris Operating system.

I would check out the Sun web-site.  www.sun.com

They have links to their StarOffice area that may be able to help.  You could also check out docs.sun.com.  they may have some documentation available on what can be done with StarOffice.
